The City of Los Angeles, Board of Public Works' Office of Community Beautification (OCB) provides resources and materials free of charge for stakeholders of the City of Los Angeles. Services include beautification grants (CB Grant), hand tools for volunteer cleanup efforts, graffiti removal services (call 3-1-1 to report graffiti), and a school outreach program.
