Today's Readers Are Tomorrow's Leaders" Dedication ~ CB Grant Funded Project
DATE:   Nov 13, 2009
TIME:   10:00AM   To   11:00AM

"Today's Readers Are Tomorrow's Leaders"
Hubbard Beautification Committee

The event will take place at Hubbard Street School, 13325 Hubbard St, in Sylmar in Council District 7.

This is a dedication event for the CB Grant funded mural project, "Today's Readers Are Tomorrow's Leaders", at Hubbard Street School. The unique mural, depicting the students interacting with their favorite leaders and literary figures, welcomes the children and community to the school library. The mural is the first thing seen upon entering the school, making the library the most beautiful spot on campus and demonstrates the value the school places on reading.
