The City of Los Angeles, Board of Public Works' Office of Community Beautification (OCB) provides resources and materials free of charge for stakeholders of the City of Los Angeles. Services include hand tools for volunteer clean-up efforts, graffiti removal services (call 3-1-1 to report graffiti), and community beautification programs (Adopt-A-Median and Adopt-A-Spot).

Keep America Beautiful's Great American Cleanup is the nation's largest annual community improvement program that harnesses the power of over 4 million volunteers to build vibrant communities.
